Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 working day to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!


LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders placed before 11:00 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 will be dispatched the next working day. Opening hours : Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

*If you made a purchase on Friday at 08:00 PM, your order will be shipped on Monday.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.


SHIPPING TIME
Orders are generally dispatched using Royal Mail 24h delivery service (1-2 working days). We are not responsible for any delays in shipment by the carrier. 


SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping price is free.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
